The book titled “New Media Art and the New Museology” is contained using digital technologies as a medium for production, presentation and consumption of Digital Art Practices and this process are discussed position within the museum space. The study was developed in this book as the observation and evaluation on the functions and collection of art museums in the context of digital art creation, archiving, preservation and exhibition. Also discussed institutional perspective in the process of historical change and its impact on the art museum, brought by emerging technologies, current practices in the field of art and museology.
