A project from Istanbul Bilgi University to Dortmund

Creativity, knowledge and access to Information as a driving force in seeing the “creative economy” concept has gained importance today. The concept is a key element in the especially in the field of technology, creativity, architecture, design, advertising, film, music, performing arts, visual arts, creative industries, including such areas within the context. The Project will focus on the digital art practices and new media art these concepts has taken its place in the creative economy within the framework of the interaction of art and science/technology. The event will interrogate the borderlands, edges and contested territories of digital technologies in the field of creativity and contemporary new media art practices.
